J.Lo's papa spills the frijoles on her luscious lady lump:

"Yes, twins," her dad David Lopez said in an interview on the Spanish-language show Escándalo TV, PEOPLE en Español reports. "The thing is in my family, my sister also had twins, so it's a hereditary thing."

She already outweighs her esposo Marc "I only eat when J.Lo lets me" Anthony when she's not carrying two little chimichangas in her uterus. Guess his sperm doesn't need for it's carrier to be at a normal body weight.
