Poor Corey Haim took out a full-page ad in Variety begging for someone to hire his ass. I guess the checks from "The Two Coreys" aren't as wonderful as he would like them to be. Can't producers put together a "License to Drive TO REHAB" movie for him? They don't even have to release it. They just have to give him the money and go through the motions.

YIPPEE-SKIPPEE! Justin Timberlake is going full-speed ahead on his acting career, starring in a new film called The Open Road.
According to Variety, the 27-year-old Sexyback singer will play a young man trying to reconnect with his father (Jeff Bridges), a legendary athlete, as he struggles to get him home to his ailing mother’s bedside (Mary Steenburgen).
Kate Mara (Brokeback Mountain, We Are Marshall) will play Justin’s girlfriend.
Production for The Open Road begins this month in Louisiana.
Please don't let this happen! There are reports that Alicia Keys might duet with a "virtual Frank Sinatra" at this Sunday's Grammys. They will reportedly put a hologram Ol' Blue Eyes next to her the same way they did with Celine Dion and Elvis on American Idol. Celine's also sang a duet with Frank before.

Miguel Arteta (The Good Girl) is in final negotiations to direct "Juno" fantastically wonderful star Michael Cera in the Dimension Films comedy "Youth in Revolt."
Cera will play Nick Twisp, a smart, sexually obsessed teen living in a world of moronic adults. The project is based on C.D. Payne's self-published novel.
"Youth in Revolt" became a worldwide cult hit, spawning sequels, a play and numerous Web site tributes. Gustin Nash adapted the book for the screen.
Tim Burton is going to remake “Alice In Wonderland” and Lindsay Lohan doth covet the title role.
Lindsay Lohan is desperate to star as Alice in Tim Burton’s remake of the Lewis Carroll’s fantasy classic Alice in Wonderland. The new Disney production will feature both live action and performance-capture animation to create the fantasy world.

-- Heavy use of marijuana -- 40 times a year -- has been shown to contribute to gum disease in younger adults, a study in New Zealand found.
The study, published in the Journal of the American Medical Association, found marijuana was responsible for one-third of the new cases of periodontal disease in adults ages 26 and 32 who smoked marijuana more than 40 times a year.
"Heavy cannabis (marijuana) use has been linked to greater risks of developing respiratory disease and some psychiatric conditions," Terrie Moffitt, a Duke University professor who participated in the study. "Gum disease should be added to that list of known hazards."
Clinton led with 739 Super Tuesday delegates to Obama's 700.
Overall, that gave Clinton 1,000 delegates, to 902 for Obama with 2,025 delegates required to claim the nomination in Denver at this summer's convention.
